Head for the village of Montseret, between the sea and the mountains, where the fertile native vegetation intertwines with the fertile vineyards.
Marthe a wine maker who, twenty years ago, fell in love with the region welcomes us into her paradise. We join Marthe on a walk around her vineyards and enter her universe of wonderful views and smells of lavender, thyme, rosemary, green oaks, orchids, cistus and broom.
After exploring the landscape, smell and taste the nectar of the vines. Lunch in the tranquil garden, under the shade of a one hundred year old lime tree surrounded by acacias, palm and pines trees.
With full stomaches, continue to the village of Fontjoncouse, the fountain of the rush. This well-known village dates back to the middle ages. Surrounded by the vestiges of a fortified wall, a wonderful roman church, built in the twelfth century, dominates the landscape.
A few minutes down the road, enter the secret and fascinating life of bees at the local honey farm. Delight in the smells and taste sensations of the large varieties of honey!
At the end of the day return to your accommodation with heads full of the sights, smells and tastes of the day!
