The morning begins amongst the vineyards with a visit to the village of Pouzols Minervois. Here we learn the art and craft of wine making. Accompanied by the winemakers themselves, learn first hand the techniques and share in their knowledge and enthusiasm for their produce. Youngsters are also catered for with a personalised and truly educational visit. Further questions will be answered over a delicious lunch, where the art of matching foods and wines will become clearer.
Our tasting tour continues to the goat farm to taste the locally produced cheese. The farm is located in the serene mountain where time appears to stop.
Finally visit to the olive cooperative. Specialities include the green olive Lucque of Bize, the delicious olive paste and the first cold pressed virgin oil. A day of gastronomic delights!
